In the State of Florida, Notary Publics are authorized to perform marriages and MyFLNotary.com will be pleased to officiate at your wedding or renewal of marriage vows. All that is required for a wedding is a valid Florida marriage license and a picture identification. Marriage License information: Sarasota County Clerk of the Court; Charlotte County Clerk of the Court.

Hours of Operation: MyFLNotary.com is open to a serve you 7 days a week, 8 AM until 8 PM. I will come to your home, business, nursing home, hospital room, parking lot, or wherever it is that you need a notary public.

Weddings: Whenever and wherever you choose to have the wedding ceremony, I'll be there. The service can be as simple or elaborate as you choose, from multiple persons with speaking roles to a quick and easy “do you take him/her to be your ..” event. The marriage ceremony can be performed in a hall, a golf course, backyard or one of our lovely area beaches. It doesn't matter where because we come to the place you have reserved. Florida is one of only four states (the others are South Carolina, Nevada and Maine) who authorize their notaries public to "solemnize the rites of matrimony.
Administering Oaths and Affirmations, and taking Acknowledgments. Getting something “notarized” usually involves one or the other and are probably the most common actions and reasons that a person seeks out a Notary Public. MyFLNotary.com will review your documents to determine which official act is specified.

A mobile Notary Public has other, lesser known functions: to verify Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN); certify the contents of a safe deposit box; and for certain types of documents, certify them as a true copy.

Valid photo identification that shows the applicant's date of birth (driver's license, state ID, military ID, or passport) must be provided for all notorial actions. Do not sign your documents beforehand; the notary public must witness the signature.
